A rare organic matcha from Kirishima, Kagoshima, with a robust umami and a crisp, balanced taste.

This is the procedure for making matcha deliciously.

  1. Sift approximately 2 grams of matcha (about 2 scoops with a chashaku) into a matcha bowl.
  2. Gently pour 75ml of water heated to 80°C into the bowl and slowly whisk the matcha with a chasen, ensuring it disperses evenly at the bottom.

  3. Whisk briskly, with a Japanese flick of the wrist until a fine, frothy foam forms on the surface.
