Established in 1838, Takaoka Ramune is a traditional Japanese confectioner’s shop that created a soda-flavored candy that uses rice as its main ingredient. OHNOYA candies are handmade and small enough to hold on the tip of a finger. These elaborately detailed, beautiful shapes are tiny sweet works of edible art that combine old and new Takaoka recipes and know-how.
