HAZE

HAZE continues the tradition of candle-making, using traditional materials and techniques from wick to wax in Kawagoe, Japan.
Each candle is carefully handcrafted using the tegake technique, in which melted wax is applied to the wick layer by layer. 
The surface of the candle leaves traces of the creator’s hand, and the cross-section of the candle is a pattern reminiscent of the inside of a tree.
