YOSHIDA has been producing somen noodles in Minami-Shimabara City, Nagasaki Prefecture since the 1920’s, consistently sticking to the hand-pulled method. Unlike somen noodles made by machine, these somen noodles are rounded, beautiful to look at, with a smoothness and texture completely different to other noodles.
