    Shipping & Returns

    The items ordered from Handmade can generally be exchanged or returned within 14 days from receipt. Provided the goods are in perfect, intact and original packed condition. Please email us at mail@h-made.ch with your request for a refund or exchange and provide a detailed reason for the request. 

    A new product in the same category may be exchanged or returned for a refund.
    In addition to the above and in order to be eligible for return, please make sure that the product is:

    • With all original labels attached
    • Unaltered
    • Unused

    Please send your product with the receipt or proof of purchase in the original package to:

    When we receive your return and it is inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you as to our approval or rejection of your request. Once approved, we will process your exchange or if you are requesting a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

     

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
    If you haven’t received your refund or exchange, you should contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is actually posted. Once you have completed that and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@h-made.ch

     

    SHIPPING CHARGES
    Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Handmade.

     

    DAMAGED ITEMS
    If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

     

    SALE ITEMS
    Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    SHIPPING
    All deliveries are sent as packages, and carried out by the Swiss postal service. This means every delivery has a tracking number that allows our customer to monitor the delivery at all times.

    You will receive an email with confirmation of your order and a payment receipt after your order has been processed. Available items will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. You will receive an email to confirm that your item has shipped.
    Incase an items is out of stock you will be contacted by us to inform you, please allow 2 weeks for your item to be shipped.

    Free B Post shipping for purchases above CHF 300 
    CHF 4 A Post Shipping for purchases above CHF 300 

    We offer two types of shipping methods within Switzerland.

    • B Post -  Shipped within two working days - CHF 8.50
    • A Post -  Shipped within one working days - CHF 10.50

    EU-EEA SHIPPING
    A flat rate of CHF 36 is applied to one item shipped within the EU and EEA.
    Shipped with Swiss Post. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    A flat rate of CHF 55 is applied to one item shipped outside of EU and EEA.
