SUZUSAN
SUZUSAN was founded in 2008 by creative director Hiroyuki Murase. He is the 5th generation of Murase family that has been refining textiles with the traditional shibori technique for 100 years in the Japanese town of Arimatsu. Designed in Düsseldorf and produced in the artisanal studio of Arimatsu, SUZUSAN offers upscale fashion collections made of fine yarns with modern design.
Shibori is a traditional Japanese textile finishing technique that involves dyeing textiles through extreme intricate handwork to produce flowing color gradients and contrasts, and even three-dimensional patterns.
