-煎 Sen: This blend was created by discerning the individual character of a variety of sencha and combining them in a way that brings out the flavor of each sencha. Clear with a beautiful golden color, this blend offers a refreshing aroma and a crisp, astringent flavor.
Sencha : Standard steamed green tea
Kamairicha : Pan-fired green tea
玉 Gyoku: A blend of gyokuro meticulously produced with great care, using a special cultivation method. Enjoy its robust fragrance, rich lingering umami and sumptuous flavor distinctive of gyokuro.
Gyokuro : The finest grade of Japanese covered tea. Rich umami.
熟 Juku: Like whiskey and wine, tea becomes milder as it is aged. This blend offers a luxurious, sweet fragrance and a bonfire-like scent.
Jukuseibancha : Aged roasted tea
Pu-erhcha : Fermented tea
Iribancha: Roasted tea. Also known as Kyo-bancha, Kyoto’s traditional regional tea
