Brand - MITSURU SHOYU
This pure soy sauce that has only been pressed and fire-roasted from matured moromi. Moromi is the state of fermentation when ingredients have broken down and reached a thicker consistency. Koikuchi soy sauce is a well-balanced blend of moromi fermented and aged from 1 to 4 years. It can be used for sashimi and gives a rich finish to simmered dishes and teriyaki. Of course it can be used for any other dishes that use soy sauce.
