The main ingredient, indigo, is organically grown in Nagasaki Prefecture. Indigo is a detoxifying ingredient. All the ingredients of our somen noodles are produced in Japan. The noodles are made using the traditional recipe and techniques which have been handed down from generation to generation.

How to Use
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the somen noodles and stir with chopsticks to prevent sticking. Once cooked (about 3 minutes), drain the noodles in a colander immediately. Using your hands, gently knead the noodles while rinsing them under cold water. This step removes excess starch and oil. Enjoy somen dipped in soy sauce, add a dashi-based hot or cold broth or load the noodles with toppings. On hot days, try chilling the noodles in an ice bath for an extras special cool treat.
