This tea is a mixture of ten different green teas and Sansho. The proportions of the mixture are balanced in such a way that the best aroma is achieved when poured cold. Sansho is a spice also known as Japanese mountain pepper. It has a very aromatic, intense lemon aroma. EnTea only uses organically grown sansho from the mountainous region of Wakayama. For the tea bags, EnTea uses TEAROAD SOILON, a fabric made from plant starch that is biodegradable. This material is kind to the environment and is a safe and non-toxic alternative to the commonly used nylon bags.

Taste
The green tea produced by EnTea with Sansho for cold infusion has a refreshing, invigorating effect. The included sansho is not spicy, all the more it enhances the beautiful aromas with a noticeable citrus taste.
