This is the procedure for making matcha deliciously.

Sprinkle 2 cups of matcha (about 2g) in a matcha bowl with a tea strainer.

Gently pour 75cc of hot water at 80 ℃ and mix slowly with a chasen so as to disperse the matcha at the bottom of the matcha bowl.
- Quickly move your wrist vertically until you have a fine bubble
