AOIRO is a studio for olfactory design, founded by the Austro-Japanese duo Shizuko Yoshikuni and Manuel Kuschnig. For their fragrance products they incorporate the knowledge of the therapeutic qualities of botanical essences. AOIRO explores the world, sourcing the highest and purest quality materials from plants.

AIORO’S expertise lies in individually tailored signature scents for brands or spaces. Commissions have come from renowned institutions such as the Museum der Kulturen Basel.
